Further to the release of the Company's preliminary results announcement on 16 February 2023, the Company announces that it has today, 22 March 2023, published its 2022 Annual Report and Accounts (2022 Annual Report).

In accordance with Listing Rules 9.6.1 and 9.6.3 and Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rule (DTR) 6.3.5R, it is announced that:

• the 2022 Annual Report is publicly available on the Company’s website on the following direct link: centrica.com/ar22; and
• the 2022 Annual Report will be shortly submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will then be available in full unedited text for inspection at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism.

Additional information

A condensed set of the Company’s financial statements and information on important events that have occurred during the 2022 financial year and their impact on the financial statements were included in the preliminary results announcement released on 16 February 2023.
